Bring it as it is. Come as you are.

You don’t have to have it figured out.

Wherever you are - overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing a change - this is a place to bring it as it is.

Just holding things together?

Therapy is a place to put it down for a while

Some things are hard to say because you don't want to worry people. Others because you're not sure how they’ll be received. Here, you don't have to manage anyone’s reaction.

Sessions are one-to-one and shaped entirely around you, not a fixed structure or a textbook version of your problem. I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw on different approaches depending on what you actually need.

No jargon, no script, and no pretending things are simpler than they are.

Hi, I’m Jess

Hi, I’m Jess

I'm a qualified therapist and counsellor, a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and I've worked with people through some of the most painful and complicated experiences a person can face.

My approach is compassionate, curious and honest: I'll tell you what I notice, ask the questions worth asking, and name the thing in the room if it needs naming.

Working with me means real empathy, kindness and care. I’ll be with you in the hard stuff, and help you start to make sense of it. We’ll always work at your pace, and with your best hopes in mind.

If you’ve tried to talk to people and ended up looking after them instead, or if you’ve been keeping things to yourself because it’s easier, I think you’ll find this space different.

Whatever you’re going through, I am here to help…

Maybe you’ve been keeping things together and it’s starting to cost you. Maybe something happened that you haven’t quite processed. Maybe you can’t put your finger on it, but you know things aren’t right.

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. These are some of the most common - though if you don’t see yours listed, that’s no reason not to reach out.

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Stress, overwhelm or burnout

  • Depression

I also work with people navigating things that are harder to say out loud - trauma, abuse, relationship betrayal, family estrangement.

If you’ve been carrying something you’ve never quite found the words for, or never felt safe enough to say, this is a place you can bring it.

Not sure if therapy is for you?

Many people feel uncertain before reaching out - about whether what they're going through ‘counts’, whether therapy is right for them, or whether they’re ready.

Our initial call is just a conversation. There’s no pressure to commit, and no expectation that you’ll have it all worked out. If it feels like the right fit, we just take it from there.

Let’s talk…

I believe that talking really helps. If you are interested in psychotherapy and counselling, or you just have some questions, please get in touch for a free, no-obligation chat.

In our introductory call, we’ll discuss what brings you to counselling, how I work and what your hopes are. We’ll also have time to answer any question you may have.

You don’t have to know exactly what to say, we’ll figure it out together.
